Lakefront Condos - Lake Pointe RV and Condo Resort

Our park has trail access to Canyon Lake for swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking, Lake Pointe Condominiums consists of 10 units. Six condominiums are 2 bedroom/2 baths , and four condominiums are 3 bedroom/2 baths. All units are furnished, fully equipped and complete with a fireplace and a lake view. You will find our kitchens are well equipped for your convenience. All units have flat screen LED televisions with satellite TV channels.

Reservations and Deposits

Condominium reservations are open to everyone and are accepted daily by phone, 830.935.4351. Condo reservations are paid in full upon booking. A $50 damage deposit will be charged. If there is no damage to the unit, your deposit will be refunded.

Rates & Occupancy

Rates includes all fees and taxes.

2 bedrooms maximum 6 guests: $200 per night plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.
3 bedrooms maximum 8 guests: $250 per night plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.
Monthly Rentals starting at $1,500 per month

Check In/Out Times

Check in times for Condos is 3:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate an early arrival, but please call ahead to verify availability.

Check out time for Condos is 11:00 AM. We may be able to offer late check out for an extra $50.00, but please ask the office as soon as possible to verify if this is an option. Late check outs will allow you to stay until 5pm.

Condominium Parking

The parking lot in front of the condominiums will not accommodate boats, trailers, or oversize vehicles. A free designated boat parking area is available in the nearby gated section of the resort for your convenience. All vehicles must display car tags while on the resort property.

Condo Policy, Reservations & Cancellation Information

We require at least 24 hours advanced notice should you need to cancel. Cancellations must be communicated by phone call during business hours. Cancellations are subject to a $15.00 re-booking fee. If you are able to cancel prior to 24 hours, you will be issued an account credit (less the re-booking fee) in the amount that you paid so you can re-schedule your reservation.

No calls/No Shows will forfeit their ability to reschedule their stay and will not receive a credit to use in the future and funds will not be transferable to a new reservation.
