We arrived at the park and was immediately greeted by staff personnel at the gate intercom. The Staff and management went above and beyond to help assist us In every way possible. They even arranged for us to stay one extra night in our same slot, even when it was booked. The park is fantastic, we spent most of our time in the beach area.
